I had a dual lumen picc line/central line placed in my upper arm. The two lumens that dangle from my arm were irritating me so I decided to free hand a cuff to cover them.

I used a tubular cast on to join 50 stitches in the round and worked 1x1 rib for 9 rows. Then on one side I made a leaf motif while continuing 1x1 rib on the inside of the arm for lots of stretching. I followed it up by another 9 rows 1x1 rib before doing a tubular cast off.

If I were to make another one, I’d use a smaller needle for the top and bottom cuffs so they would be a little tighter to stay in place better.
