There’s a little mistake at the end of the first repeat, but the cowl’s just for me so it’s not worth worrying about.

Hoping to use this in sunny weather to shelter my head from the sun.

I’m regretting a little using needles two sizes larger than the yarn recommends. All of the stitches aren’t looking quite right, especially compared to the first cowl I made.
I’m just going to burn through this cowl as fast as I can. It’s more for practicality than prettiness anyway.

Have to tinker back two rows. I accidentally repeated a row, which is probably how I made the mistake in the row near the beginning of the cowl.

Have to remember to always check that the ssk lines up with the previous ones.

Finished (mostly)!

Binded off with the usual sewn bind off, and reserved too much yarn for it as usual. I had to buy a new ball of yarn purely or the final row and bind off.

Weaved in the loose yarn on the cowl’s edges and will weave/trim the rest after the cowl is blocked.

I actually remember my joins for this project as well. I used a back join instead of my usual russian join.
