Kinda bored with the project, but like the way it looks.

I’m stuck. I need a third, possibly a fourth color, to work as a wider-than-normal section to make it stand out from the rest of the piece, but I don’t have anything I like in my stash. I’ve used blue and purple as wide-swaths and I want to stay in the same color family. Green would look nice, but since I haven’t used it anywhere else in this piece, it would be too discordant. I may have to go shopping.

05/27/2013:
Couldn’t find any yarn in the right hue, so leaving this as a small front-of-the-kitchen-sink type of scatter rug.

The first two pictures show the “right side” of the rug, i.e., the flat side. The last two pictures show the purled side which would be the wrong side.
