I was so eager to use this yarn I actually started this project on the West Coast Express, on my way home from work and yarn shopping!

The Kureyon is so fun to work with, since you don’t know what you’re going to get in terms of which colour will show up at what point in your project. I love it in these mittens, and my only notes to self would be that: (1) the 4.25 mm hook I’m working with is a little small for the yarn (and switching to a larger hook would solve another problem I’m experiencing, which is that the mittens are coming out a little small); and (2) I need to learn to do a better job of closing the first row of these mittens, because the more pairs I make, the more uneven the starting “bump” seems to be :^(.
