CO for size 3 and knit 1 inch but hat is looking much bigger than I’d like. Restarting with a 3.75 needle.

Knit to 20cm before starting decreases and BO as I could see I was running out of yarn.
Blocked to size 3 slouchy measurements very easily so quite relieved!
