I’ve decided to not use a smaller needle for the cuff and heel as instructed in the pattern as I need a really stretchy cuff to pull over my high arches.
Used the “Very Stretchy Cast-On” by Tillybuddy on YouTube.
Pattern followed as written. Assuming heel pattern is in garter to match the cuff (which is easier to knit flat for the heel flaps anyway!).
