Notes

Quantities: I used about 65g each of five colours, plus about 250g of the sixth colour which is also the sleeve, hem, and neckline colour. So like nine 100g skeins in total, but not all of them, if that makes sense.

Thoughts:

  • I worked two rounds per colour rather than one because it looks less frenetic, plus it means half the number of ends to sew in!
  • I don’t normally do baggy sleeves because I can’t wear them for work, but I’m glad I’ve made these because they’re all slouchy and cosy and I love them.
  • I’m going to try making it again in 4ply at the same gauge.
  • It would be lush in Milburn.. I could do one using all 20 colours!
  • I could have done with some extra rows in the back of the neck as it doesn’t sit well on me. I will tighten up the back of the neckline on this one for a better fit, but for the next one I’ll add a couple of extra rows in the back at the top.
