29/03 - yay, dividing for the sleeves!
Making the sleeves first. Short sleeves, knit 8 rows, made decreases, 1 row st st and 8 rows 2x2 ribbing.
Both sleeves ready 03/31 :)

It’s addictive! I’m already thinking about a “classical” version, from alpaca (yarn is ready)

OK, I made a mistake and noticed it only after reaching the dividing for the pockets… I knit only 1” instead of 2” from the sleeves..

14/04 sts for pockets set aside. Now only mindless knitting to the bottom and the pockets left.

19/04 it’s going slooowly.. 10 cm done, app. 10 left (as I’m not tall and linen has tendency to grow, I guess 20 cm from the pockets will be more than enough). couldn’t wait to get it finished - and hope that we’ll have warm weather soon. Excuse the crappy “mirror photo”, just couldn’t help myself :))

21/04 bind off! good weather outside just encourages to finish summer knits :). Now on to the pockets

22/04 I did it! Now only to weave in ends and block

After wearing for a day, I decided to rip the ribbing and to add app. 7 cm in length. It’s perfect with jeans, but I want to wear it more as a dress, and it’s a tad too short.
05.01 blocking again. Now it’s perfect!
