A birthday bunny. For a thirtieth birthday, the request was for a pink ponytail and a young and trendy look. The recipient also teaches pole dancing fitness classes.

|As I couldn’t come up with anything suitable for a pole dancing bunny, I thought the ballet wrap cardigan and a little flippy skirt would do :D

So the bunny has pink ears done by holding pink and cream 4 ply cotton together.
The ponytail is done using the same cotton.

I decreased 2 st on the last row.
This gave 45 st, the same as in the waistband of the tights. This means that no elastic is needed. I toyed with the idea of stitching it directly to the purl ridge of the tights, but decided against.
Cast off in purl.

I added a crochet loop and button at the waist.
