Cast on 89 st. In pink and made the scallop on row 9. I added a bead on every second scallop on every second right side row.
I think the skirt should be fuller, so another 9 stitches next time I think. Also possibly more beads, though that would slow if down a lot. Maybe making the scallops wider would work. 10 stitches instead of 8.
After blocking it looked better.
