Cast on 96st, knit 2 rows black, 4 yellow, 2 black, 4 yellow. I used CDD decrease at waist.

Cast on 6 st and knit 2 rows. Increase one st each end of rows 3, 5, 7 and 9. (14st)
Knit 3 rows. Decrease one st each end of rows 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23 (2st) on row 24 k2tog break and pull through.

I sewed the wings onto the back of the dress matching the edges with the edges of the black opening.
The headband had a cast on of 50st, knit one row and cast off in knit. The antennae are icords
