I used the slip stitch check pattern on p162 of The knitters stitch collection book. It needs a multiple of 6 st plus 3, so I cast on 88 for the picot edge and reduced it to 87 on the red row before I started the pattern. The pattern is a 12 row repeat, and I did two repeats.
The apron is crochet and I just winged it.
The bunny is knit from yarns I picked up in mr. Price. I think they must have been part of a kit as they are not branded and they are only 25g balls. There is 50m in 25g, so dk, and it knits up beautifully for LCR. I must see if I can get more.
The basket was from Julie’s toy bag pattern knit with sirdar 4 ply cotton.
