It should not have taken me 4.5 years to finish this thing, but that’s what happens when it constantly gets shoved to the bottom of the “to make for myself” list while making things for everyone else-- lessons learned!

I love how this worked up, and I can’t believe I didn’t even bother to finish it while living in Portland and frequenting the vintage clothing shop right next door to the shop the author herself works in! Next time I visit, I’ll be sure to wear the hat and ask her to sign my book-- which is what I meant to do the whole 2 years living there…

Moral of the story: I am a huuuuuuuuuge procrastinator!
