July 2013 Crochet-a-Long Square
Waco Knitter’s 2013 Knit-and-Crochet-a-Long is a seven-month long project that will challenge you to try new stitches and patterns. Each month we will provide a knitted and a crochet pattern and turn it into a 12″x12″ square. At the end of the year you will have 6 (or more) unique squares you can use to make a beautiful small blanket.

This Crochet-a-long square uses the Butterfly Garden pattern by Chris Simon 2004 to create a dozen butterflies.

Errata: Might use a J hook. Or if too small, add sc borders to get your 12” x 12” square block size.
