RND 2 should read:
Ch1 (then as written in pattern)

UPPER should read:
Ch1, in BLO work one hdc in NEXT st and in each stitch around. The last hdc will be in the BLO of the slip stitch. (26sts)

Replaced the last two rounds of the cuff with three rounds of hdc (15sts around).
