I loved the old Art Deco feel to this pattern from Handweaving.net (#68017) and wound a black warp in the sunnier days of early fall. It finally made its way onto my loom in the gloomier days and so I had to be very careful sleying the reed as it was hard to see!

I used a coppery brick red 8/2 tencel as weft for the first and a finer 10/2 tussah tencel for the second. Some how the internal diamond (or box if you turn your head when viewing the pattern) both wove up square! Not sure how that happened but I’m very happy with the scarves.

They are classy….. just as I hoped it would be. This pattern is equally attractive from or back. Its really hard to choose which one is the top! Nice problem to have… I will weave this one again!
