Made modifications by slipping 1st stitch pwyif for a neat edge, and eyelets every so often for fun & to lengthen shawl a wee bit. I also knit with a larger needle size, 5mm. Great pattern for a beginner who only wants to do knit stitch, yet create something a bit different from a scarf.
