Sorry, I never wrote out a pattern for the spikes or ears.

The hat base (helmet) was designed by Julee Fort and can be found by clicking the link above.

I slightly altered the hat pattern before creating the spikes and ears. If you make Julee’s helmet, it will not appear exactly like mine, but it will be close.
