Hat 1- German twisted cast on with 7’s. Moved to 8’s for body
Hat 2- Tubular cast on with 7’s. Moved to 9’s for body
Hat 3- tubular cast on with 7’s. Added 2 extra rows of garter stitch ribbing. Moved to 8’s for body.

I wet blocked hats 1 and 2. It changed the fabric and made it a lot softer. Hat 3 was not blocked.

I like hat 3 the best. The tubular edge is comfortable and the gauge shows off the stitches.
