Cast on 80 sts. After lips used ribbing. Continuing in ribbing, made short rows by finding midpoints for mouth at 20 sts and 60 sts. Started by working 3 sts beyond midpoint.( Should have done 4 sts) Then worked 1 st beyond the the w&t. After completing ribbing, dec 8, k2tog. Continued following pattern.

The hat seems to be a teen size one- used the ribbing to try to give the brim some strength.

Eyes- Made the smallest one with white worsted weight. Then made the center with black and sewed it on top of the white to give it more dimension.
