This pattern calls for a lighter yarn, but I used the number of stitches for the second size and worked the lenghts for the third size.

The embroidery on my kaftan is in no way similar to the pattern but hope I will be forgiven as I have never done this before.

I have to say that I really like the bright colours and hope that the wearer will be just as happy with it.

I found that there was a fair bit of time went into the finishing but I enjoyed the challenge
