Think I cracked the pattern for this. Seems to have worked.

CO 10 & Mark centre
Increase evenly every second row. (K3, M1L, K to centre, M1R, Slip marker, M1L, K to 3st from end of row, M1R, K3)
Purl between increases every 6th row.
3 rows of garter to finish.
EZ’s sewn Cast off.
