Notes

This tunic is a gift for my lovely sister-in-law.
I’m modeling it with about 4” positive ease and it probably looks too saggy. But I like it anyway :) My sister-in-law is slightly bigger and taller than me, so this size should be just fine for her.

Modifications:

  • I didn’t make regular increases to shape the cowl neck. Instead I made shaping by knitting with needles of different sizes. I started with 3.75 mm needles. Then when the neck measured about 2” from pick up round I changed to 4 mm needles, then to 4.5 mm and at last to 5mm needles.

  • I used tapestry needle bind off for the neck and sleeves ribbing.

I think the pattern is so great that I’m going to knit it again, this time for myself :)
