I’m not sure if Mardi Gras season has officially started yet, but I wanted to get socks done for Fat Tuesday (which is March 8 this year).

I knit a swatch so I could see how the colorway worked up. Mike gave his opinion that I should let the yarn speak for itself and knit it as a plain, ordinary sock. I decided to go toe-up on it, so that I could use one skein per foot.
