This is my first sweater ever!!! Hope it turns out ok….

16th february 2012 Update: I finished the back today… phew, it was long but I made it!! Starting the front left side tomorrow.

19th march 2012 Update: I have now finished the two front pieces as well, one of wich didn’t turn out quite as good as I hoped. Anyway, I’m now starting the sleeves, and I’m going to try to knit them in the round with DPNs instead of knitting them plain and then sewing them together. This is because I love knitting in the round, plus I hate sewing and there’s already plenty to sew on this project so I’m making my life a little easier this way - hopefully.

4th May 2012 Update: I’ve finally finished both sleeved, knitted them in the round and also bought the zipper today, so I’m ready for the sewing and finishing bits. OMG I’m so excited!!

10th May Update: I FINISHED IT!!!! It’s HUGE and awfully stretching out, so I think I got the gauge wrong. I tried to wash it but it got worse. I want to do it again with a less giving yarn, so the it won’t stretch out as much.
