March 2011 Enjoyed knitting this pattern, even though I don’t really care for triangle shaped shawls. It’s pretty easy to memorize. Unfortunately I did ran out of yarn in the end, so my bind off is a crochet bind off of alternating 5 stitches (the ones standing out) and 3 stitches between the leaves. The edge is somewhat less dramatic than I would have liked because of that.

Yarn was made into a sock blank using a bulky knitting machine. I knit it in the round so the edges wouldn’t curl up. Then handdyed using Ashford dye in the microwave.
