Stitch markers were soooooo useful to see the repeats! I counted all the way through, never skipping a pattern row. I also used a lifeline every 6 rows. A bit of a pain, sure, but this was a gift and my first real lace project.

Made a few goofs here or there, but it all blends in and one doesn’t notice.

Blocked well - so much fun to see it really take shape when blocking!

Used a hand-dyed alpaca from a local artisan.
