Edit: I fixed the steps to narrow the border below (I was missing two lines), and fixed the typos!

I love this way more than I thought I would! So many interesting colour changes, and it looks so nice on! I didn’t think I was really a big shawl-wearer, but this shape is so flattering that I’ll just have to look for more in this shape.

I would have liked a schematic that showed an outline of the finished shape, with labels of where the front right, front left, etc.

I made the border slightly narrower by altering the pattern as follows:

Row 1: Purl 3, yo, p2tog5 times, knit 3, turn.
Row 2: Knit to last two stitches, ssk.
Row 3: Purl 6, yo p2tog 4 times, knit 3, turn.
Row 4: Knit to last two stitches, ssk.
Row 5: Purl 9, yo p2tog 3 times, knit 3, turn.
Row 6: Knit to last two stitches, ssk.
Row 7: Purl 12, yo p2tog 2 times, knit 3, turn.
Row 8: Knit to last two sitches, ssk.
Row 9: Purl 17, k 3.
Row 10: Bind off 4 sts purlwise, purl to last 2 stitches, k2tog.
