I had to figure out the numbers for 30” chest as the pattern covers sizes up to 27” only

CO 50 sts
increased fronts to have 2x7 mock cables, then CO 14 sts for each front
finally got 18 mock cables through the whole front.

No side increases - after the increase round right after the cable section I just kntted straight down.
BO in k3, p2 pattern to get stretchy edge.
Top length = 35 cm from the underarm.

Added short sleeves - just continued knitting one piece and increaseing sleeves (up to 58 sts) while shaping fronts and back, underarm shaped according to instruction for 27” size, then picked up 12 sts along the underarm edge
1st rnd: knitted
2nd rnd: decreased 15 sts
then mock cable set-up rnd, BO in pattern after the 2nd row of 4th mock cable pattern repeat.

Made 3 buttonholes.
