This project was born from following a local food truck - KunFusion - on Facebook.

New entrepreneur Chef Lolo (Lori Nunes) was frustrated the other day and wrote that she was wanting to either shave her head or get a tattoo. I wrote and told her if she shaved her head I’d knit her a hat.

She jokingly asked if I could knit a hat with their unofficial tagline “F Tacos” (since they are NOT a taco truck and have no tortillas, lol).

Well, of course I could! So I did. And this is it.

She has offered to feed me as thanks but what I really want is to learn how to make the AMAZING ketchup she concocts!

If you ever get a chance to visit the KunFusion truck, I swear by her sweet potato fries and her dessert named Little Balls of Love. Them’s good eats!!
