Pattern

Modified pattern to do in the round until the bind off for armholes.

Size 1s are only for the ribbed portions, size 2s were used for the rest of the sweater.

On a personal note, I consider this pattern as a more advanced one. It was a bit difficult to follow having no experience with any other completed sweaters before this, but never felt I couldn’t do it, from all the experience I have as an overall knitter.

The yarn is FABULOUS! Never one knot or frayed piece in all five balls.

Now that it’s off the needles, blocked & the ends are woven in, I’m excited to start another sweater immediately! Even on size 2 needles, LOL

Oh, and when I was wet-blocking it, I stretched the back neckline too much and completely broke my too-tight bind-off! Thankfully, I had just listened to The Knitting Show podcast (episode 5) and learned about this bind-off alternative. I picked apart the bind-off and re-did it the new way and it was perfect! A big thank you to The Knitting Show peeps!

That’s it. My first ever COMPLETED adult sweater! YAY!
