old photographs and le lapin

My two favourite yarns, intertwined, bliss - loved the club yarn colours so much and wasn’t sure exactly what making, le lapin was destined to be a tank top but then saw Moira and thought she’ll do.

It’s for me but as per usual lately, it’ll end up as being worn by another family member.

Love the yarn, the colours together, pattern makes good use of tones through cables and rev st st.

21st Dec, front and back done. I only have enough yarn according to pattern for size 1 or 2, I’m size 2 but long limbed so worked body lengths to 12 inches before armhole shaping.

3 Jan, blocked and wearing it - love the feel of the yarn, it has a lovely drape, it has a lot of positive ease and love the warmth of it.
