Notes
  • My gauge was wayyy different - I’m using Size 6 (or maybe even 5 1/2) needles to get the gauge for Needle Size A
  • I have been doing finishing as I go - so finished the pockets right away so I can see how they look and not have extra yarn ends bobbing about - I love them!
  • I wish either the directions had noted, or I had thought to leave a long tail for the underarm finishing. I think this would have been very obvious to an experienced knitter, but as it was I had to splice yarn for both underarms just do the kitchener stitch and finishing. It’s only my third sweater ever so good lesson learned…
  • I wish there were row counts now that I’m in the sleeve/yoke shaping section. I keep reading and re-reading forward and back, trying to make sure I’m not missing something. I’m actually afraid to count my stitches and find that they’re off!
