I used the German Twisted Cast On.

I used the decrease bind off from Semplice Fingerless Mitts.

I picked up 2 extra stitches for the thumb per this tutorial in order to eliminate holes and then decreased 2 stitches on the first round.

I omitted the crochet flower.

The yarn was a gift from my mother-in-law.

-Cuff: 2.25” long (18 rnds)
-Thumb Gusset: 2” long (16 rnds)
-Mitt Top: 1.25” long (10 rnds)

Measurements:

• Helene’s Hand Circumference: 7.25”
• Circumference: 6.5” (36 sts)
• Total Length: 5.5”
• Hand Length: 3.25”
• Thumb: 2.5” circumference, 1.25” long
