I held the turquoise yarn double.

I knit the thumb in the round. I slipped the 9 thumb sts onto waste yarn and cast on 1 st over the gap for 28 hand sts. I picked up a st from that cast on when working the thumbs for 10 thumb sts.

I knit the hand 5” long instead of 4.5” long and I worked an extra round with the pink yarn. Because my row gauge was smaller than the pattern’s the rib is 1.25” long instead of 1.5” long and the total length is 6.25” long instead of 6” long.

Measurements:
