• 18 sts x 24 rnds = 4” in stockinette
• 22.5 sts x 24 rnds = 4” in pattern

Simone specifically requested this hat.

I cast on 84 sts instead of 88 sts and I did not increase after the rib for a finished circumference of 18.5” in stockinette instead of 20”.

I used the German Twisted Cast On.

I skipped the first crown decrease round and then decreased per the pattern. The beanie was 11.5” before washing and shrank to 11.25” after washing.

Measurements:

• Rib Circumference: 14”
• Body Circumference: 15”
• Total Length: 11.25”

• Body Length: 6.25”
