Bunting Doll itself measures from top of head to bottom is 11 1/2”. If you include the ruffle at the bottom and the ruffle at the top of the bonnet it comes out to 14”.
I did do the arms differently on this one by not sewing the armholes closed at the beginning. I just went ahead and did hdc all around 8 rows before changing color and making the hands.
