I wanted a bigger potholder than the pattern made up with thread, so I up-ped my hook size to a J and crocheted with cotton yarn two sides and put them together with the white picot stitch all around. Nice thick double sided potholder. It measures out at 8”x 8” using cotton yarn, perfect size for a potholder. I made the flower with a D hook.
