Knit until 16 sts in each slipped stitch column.
Pick up 17 sts along each side of heel flap
Total of 92 sts (36 for instep, (17x2) for each side, and 20 for heel after it’s been turned.
Gusset dec every other row.

Knit foot even for 57 rounds, then toe dec.
