My gauge is : 18 sts/25 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch, using larger needles.

I thought the chart was pretty difficult to read so I made an excel sheet of it. Please ask me if you want a copy <3

Double moss stitch:
Row 1-2 : K2, P2 to end
Row 3-4 : P2, K2 to end
Repeat Rows 1-4 for double Moss Stitch.

Sleeves :
CO 44 sts.
3” in twisted ribs
Switch to larger needles :
P4, P2tog, P9, P2tog, P10, P2tog, P9, P2tog, P4
44 sts

Increase Row
Work 5 rows in pattern
Repeat these 6 rows 4 times more, then work Increase Row once more. 50 sts
