I have been using feather and fan over many many
years for all sorts of wearable art, shawls, coats, vests, bags, scarves, throws---etc. Then I thought
why not a dress , and a special one for that- a dress
for Christmas and new year. It is multi textures and
colours, mostly shades of red with touches of others.
