This hat started as a flower medallion crochet doodle that evolved into a hat. I can’t write patterns yet and my beginning of round needs some tidier techniques, but I am encouraged by my early attempts at crochet without a pattern.

I gave this hat to my beautiful sister for Christmas 2013.
