Took just about one whole skein. I had trouble after row 16 following the ssks and k2tog and ended up being off by one stitch somewhere along the way, but it’s not really even noticeable. By the time you get to that point in the pattern you only have a few more rounds to complete before you’re wrapping up the hat.

It’s a cute and relatively easy pattern, but I’m not happy with my yarn choice. It’s a tweed and the flecks make it hard to distinguish between them and the eyelets/lacework of the pattern. If I make this hat again, I’d just pick a solid color to use instead.

Made this for a friend as a gift. I think she’s going to dig it :)
