A mermaid for my daughter’s Easter basket.

Used 6mm safety eyes instead of beads. Also, when joining the tail colour - need to slip stitch very loosely. Mine ended up a bit tight which makes my mermaid look “healthy” :) still looks good to me though!

Update Mar 28 - I ended up undoing the tail and not doing the slip stitch rounds. I also added 3-4 rounds to the tail to make it a bit longer. Only the fins left to attach and to add some ribbon to tie a bit of the hair back.
