Perfect gauge with needles listed.
Initial thoughts…. the way the pattern is written is a pain!
I’m sure once I get into it, it will get better but lots of flipping back and forth between pages to begin.

Separated for sleeves already! Messes up the pattern a bit at the very beginning but I left it in. Once I figured out how to read the sts the pattern portion became MUCH easier.

FINALLY done the texture! Man, I do love how it looks but the rows were soooo slow!
Doing the bottom ribbing with 3.5mm because I don’t have a 3.75. And my ribbing tend to be on the loose side anyways. The ribbing is going by so much faster. And I’m onto my third ball of yarn now.

Measured again after starting the ribbing and knit closet to 11.5 than the 12” from under arm. Oops. Oh well. I’m going to to 6” of ribbing instead of 5” called for.

Made the colar 8” wise instead of 6 as its acrylic yarn and I won’t be blocking it.

Since the bottom hem is longer I decrease the pockets until only 33 sts to match the height of the bottom ribbing.

I think I did a crochet cast off for the collar. It’s a little loose but not overly. I also added 6 extra sts at the back of the neck when beginning the collar.
The sleeves I did two at a time as according to the pattern. I made them a half inch longer than the pattern calls for before the ribbing.
I LOVE this sweater and the pockets are amazing!!
Maybe one day I will make another…. but that back texture is soooo slow to do, boooo.
