I finally made it to Puffy Mondaes in Nampa. I was looking around the shop when I saw these cute caps made up on display. After touching them, I knew I was in love. The yarn was terrific that they were made from, but, I had an even better idea. I A B S O L U T E L Y love Weird & Twisted’s yarns. I have been collecting special skeins for that “IT” project. These hats are classified as “IT’S”. I can’t wait to see it finished. I will be doing all of the patterns and some with yarn that I have collected from the girls, aka Weird & Twisted. I haven’t decided which hat will be mine, or maybe all, and which for my daughter. Stay tuned……

Knitting this up is driving me crazy. As it is coming together, I am in awe of the beauty of this yarn. The hat pattern itself is amazing! For this hat I used the Beanie for the top and the straight overlapping band.

Weird & Twisted have blogged it.. I have found a button to match the flowers to put on the overlap edge of the band.
