Notes

9/7/10: Finished clue 1 today on both mitts. I love this yarn with this pattern.

9/20/10: Started clue 2 today. Didn’t get anywhere. I spent over 2 hours trying to figure out how to incorporate gusset, pattern and lace. Finally gave up and posted asking for help.

9/29/10: Spent at least another hour this morning trying to figure this out. I am either missing info that explains next step or am a complete idiot. I will post again for help. If I can’t get this explained any clearer, I am going to frog these and do something else. I got it.

9/30/10: I was able to get one mitt done. The pattern is somewhat complicated to follow. You have to think in terms of how this is put together. You have to incorporate thumb/gussett into pattern and lace repeat. You will be going back and forth between 3 sets of instructions.

10/1/10: Started with clue 2 on the right mitt.

10/3/10: Finished these up this morning. I am putting them into the stocking I made for makeene for the 2010 Worldwide Christmas Stocking Exchange.
