I don’t have this pattern, I’m just inspired by it. I think a nice, simple broken rib pattern could work well with this crazy yarn.

Half and half toe: 24/40/64
30 purl bumps on foot, ending on purl rnd
Short row heel over 38 sts, 13/12/13

I was really worried about the potential pooling for this yarn because of how it misbehaved when I tried it with the checkerboard sock pattern, but I’ve been really pleased. They pooling it’s doing now is quite lovely! I almost regret having such a textured pattern. I did hit a join in the middle of the leg of one sock though and it was fairly awkward - the twist went almost completely out of the yarn before the join (pic on stash page). I hope that section wears well.

All done! I used EZ’s sewn bind off for the first time and it went very well. Visually I don’t think it would go with every project but it matched this one quite nicely.
