06-05-2023

Third attempt: replaced the white yarn with Berroco Ultra Alpaca so that the gauge can be more consistent across both pieces. Knitted the black/white back piece on 11s and the white on 9s.

06-21-2023

Final version was actually bigger than the original, because something 3.5” wide needed to fit inside. I went back to the original needle sizes and did an extra increase in the pattern.
