To go with Parju,

CO 40; using same CO method as Parju, but, make bubble q5th st.

Knit 4 rounds even (instead of 2) after ribbing, before starting thumb gusset increase.

Knit 3 rounds even after each thumb gusset increase round.

After closing palm, knit total of 30 rounds (~4”).
Decrease as written x 4 rounds. End up with 16 stitches.
On 5th dec round, k2, k2to.
Pull stitches together.

Just can’t get this color right. No matter how I tweek it.
A vibrant magenta, leaning toward blue.
